I feel that I have failed this semester in time management. I personally prefer classes that I am required to attend in order to receive credit for the class, so having the self-discipline has been an adjustment that I'm still trying to get used to.
I learned that its important that I write everything down that I need to do for the week, but also to keep up with it section out free tim during my days with stuff to do. Like instead of saying get some Entrepreneurship done today, I would set a specific time to go to the library to go get the class work done.
Gabrielle,
ReplyDeleteI agree with you that this class is hard to keep up with in terms of time management. What my schedule looked like was that I would do ENT assignments on Sunday so that I can have the rest of the week to focus on my other classes and LSAT. It really helped because that way, I wouldn't miss any mid-week deadlines. My "celebrating failure" post doesn't really have to do with school, but if you want to read about my failures to make you feel better, here's the link!

Hi Gabrielle,
ReplyDeleteI also struggle with time management and this class (ENT3003) has really made me question if I use the hours in a day efficiently. I have had similar similar instances where I tell myself "ENT work today" but do not set a certain time. I agree that giving yourself blocks of time (time slots) can be helpful in improving time management skills. But hey, look at the bright side, we learn from our pass "failures" so to say. Good evening Gabrielle, I have had some issues with time management with this class as well... The amount of assignments when combined with other classes can be overwhelming.
